It’s very simple! Pour the contents of one sachet into a mug, add 150 to 200 ml of hot water at approximately 65°C, then stir until completely dissolved. You can adjust the amount of water to your liking.
It is recommended to consume 1 to 2 sachets per day. Do not exceed this amount to comply with the recommended daily intake of oil diglycerides (≤ 30 g/day) and mannose oligosaccharides (≤ 1.5 g/day).
